Favorites Reads for January!

Here it is our picks for January! This month just steamrolled past us, but not without us squeezing in some great reads. It was hard to choose, but we got the job done. So check them out and maybe you’ll find a favorite among these too!

Kathleen: Mystery Man (Dream Man, #1) by Kristen Ashley

The story line was EXCELLENT!!!! There was always something going on. I love to read books where there is constant movement, and this story did that all the way through and kept me reading. I did not want to put the book down!”

Elizabeth: Painted Faces by L.H. Cosway

5 Incredible Stars! There is not one thing I would change about this book. I loved everything. The storytelling is stellar. The writing flows. The story picks you up at page one and carries you along for the ride. I literally read this straight through, without stopping. I could. Not. Put. It. Down.”

Splage: Entice (Exquisite, #2) by Ella Frank

“Ella Frank brought her "A" Game, AGAIN! She gives me what I crave most in a book. Her heroines are real, successful, strong yet flawed, and at times vulnerable. Her heroes are so sigh worthy and she could write “THE” book on how to romance to get the girl. The storyline and dialog is packed full of spice, with lots of hot, sexy dirty talking, and some sweet loving too. Ella Frank gives me my money’s worth when it comes to pulling out all of my emotions."

Kristen: A Kiss Before Dying by Aline Hunter

“OMG! I LOVED IT! Loved it! This is the revised and re-edited edition of the book that was originally released in 2009. Well Aline Hunter worked her magic like only she can do!  I loved this steamier, sexier version even more than the first one, and that says a lot since I LOVED the first one! It's a 5 star for me:)”

Karla: Wild Burn (Wild State, #1) by Edie Harris

“4 1/2 GUNSLINGING GOOD STARS!! I blew through this book! Delaney Crawford...RAWRRRR!!I pretty much loved everything about this damn book! Amazing characters, captivating story, and the knowledge that there will be more, more, more…I can't wait, wait wait!!! ”

Steffi: Razing Kayne (Walking A Thin Blue Line, #1) by Julieanne Reeves

“Razing Kayne is one of those rare gems of a book that you are lucky to find once in a while.
I started Razing Kayne with the intention of only reading the first chapter to decide where I wanted it on my to-read list. The next time I looked up from my kindle it was 4 am. Razing Kayne combines it all in one delicious, emotional, fun package. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes love stories with a bit of a kick!”

Steffi (Pick 2, because she couldn’t choose just one!): Mystic Cowboy (Men of the White Sandy, #1) by Sarah M. Anderson

“If you are in the mood for a sexy Native American, but also like your romances to deal with real life issues, then this book is for you. The cover suggests a naughty little romance, and while you get that as well in parts, Mystic Cowboy is so much more than that. Life on the rez, family, culture clashes and the struggle of a young doctor who committed to working for two years on a reservation in South Dakota…Mystic Cowboy offers all that and more. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. Highly recommended contemporary romance by Sarah M. Anderson.”
