4 stars Fighting Fair is a well written short story (40 pages) about a married couple whose relationship is on the brink of falling apart. This story has a great blend of real-life issues intermixed with a touching romance and a steamy, light BDSM sex scene. For such a short story, I found the characterization to be stellar, the prose absorbing, and the chemistry off the charts. It's refreshing to read a story about an established couple who have problems (what couple doesn't?!) but are committed and in love. I wish more authors would take advantage of this plot device.
If you're looking for a quick, well written, light BDSM short story, Fighting Fair is a great read.
